Relax with your neighbors during this 90-minute program, enjoy coffee and cookies, ask questions, and learn what you can do to keep it simple when dealing with funeral and cremation services.
Margaret Cook, Attorney with Gorman & Lodermeier Law Firm, will introduce you to powers of attorney, health care directives, and other legal tools that you can use to protect yourself, your assets, and your families.
Jeri Petree, Preplanning Consultant, will discuss funeral and cremation options and show you how to get started on creating directives to guide your family on the day you pass away.
And Pat Zalusky, Laker Planning Service, will cover the rules that apply when a person in the nursing home runs out of money and needs to apply for government assistance (i.e., Medicaid).
