Wanda Kay Miller age 57 of Zumbrota died on Monday, February 27, 2006 at the Rochester Methodist Hospital. A funeral service is scheduled for Thursday, March 2, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at the United Redeemer Lutheran Church in Zumbrota with Reverend Tom Isaacson officiating. Burial will be in Trinity Cemetery in Wanamingo. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, March 1, 2006 from 4:00 -7:00 PM at the Mahn Family Funeral Home ? Larson Chapel in Zumbrota. Wanda Kay Bergum was born on September 28, 1948 in Faribault, MN to B. Kent and Marzella (nee Syverson) Bergum. She grew up in the Wanamingo area, graduated Wanamingo High School in 1966 and attended Winona State College. On June 22, 1968 she married James E. Miller in Wanamingo. They made their home in Zumbrota and Wanda worked at the Mayo Clinic, Zumbrota Veterinary Clinic, did home daycare, Zumbrota Hospital, Zumbrota Livestock and the Edward Jones & Co. in Zumbrota. Wanda was a member of United Redeemer Lutheran church and the Cedar Lake Sportsman Club. She enjoyed her cabin at Cedar Lake, boating, golfing, camping, flower gardening and spending time with her grandchildren. Wanda is survived by her husband Jim, three daughters, Marissa (Philip) Tupper of Mazeppa, Kristie (Jim) Larson of Kasson, and Kerry (Dan) Jones of Wanamingo, one son, Jamison (Becca) Miller of Zumbrota, eight grandchildren, Seth, Luke and Gabriel Tupper, Olivia and Annika Larson, Hannah and Hunter Jones and Tate Miller, one sister, Rochelle (Maynard) Senf of Fairmont. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kent and Marzella Bergum and one brother, Kent ?Butch? Bergum Jr. The family suggests memorials to donor?s choice.
