Victoria Longsdorf

Victoria Longsdorf, age 62, of Red Wing, Minnesota, died Monday, February 2, 2009, at her home. She was born October, 26, 1946, in Hayfield, Minnesota to Victor Lewis and Bettie (Cottner) Lewis. She attended schools in Hayfield, Minnesota and Central High School in Red Wing. After high school, she attended various technical colleges. Victoria worked at Red Wing Industries, Durkee Atwood, and Treasure Island where she worked as a Bingo supervisor. She also worked in the office at Maple Hills. She married Jim Leonard and they later divorced. On August 3, 1974, she married Michael Longsdorf. He died September 14, 2000. Victoria enjoyed restoring furniture, playing Bingo, and travelling. Her family recollects her love of socializing and her great sense of humor.

Survivors include her children, Gina Leonard of Red Wing, Mike (Amy) Leonard of Hastings and Chris Longsdorf of Oxford, Mississippi; parents, Victor and Bettie Lewis of Red Wing; five grandchildren; two sisters, Sonya (Joe) Baltz of Corvallis, Montana and Jackie Brenne of Ellsworth, Wisconsin; one brother, Kevin Lewis of Red Wing; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Joe and son, Michael Lewis.

Funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church with Pastor Gary Elg officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the time of services Saturday at the church.
