Vesper Ruth Ultsch passed away peacefully, in her sleep Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at St. Mary's Hospital.
Vesper Ruth Stanger was born on August 6, 1916 in Chicago, IL to Jacob and Emma (nee Aulie) Stanger.
Vesper lived life to the fullest, every turn was an adventure. She was a mother, a grandmother, a great-grandmother and a dear friend to others. In her 99+ years, she was very active and always on the go. She belonged to several Senior Groups, Church groups & Red Hat Society; in her later years she enjoyed playing Bridge and Gin Rummy. Vesper was the first to tell you like it was, no filters! In remembrance of Vesper go out and eat pie (Baker's Square that it).
All memorials can be sent to Pine Haven Nursing home, Pine Island, MN.
Arrangements were made with Mahn Funeral Home - Larson Chapel, Zumbrota, MN.
