Timothy R. Beck

Timothy Robert Beck, 36, of River Falls, died unexpectedly of natural causes, on Thursday, March 22, 2018, at his home. He was born June 27, 1981, in Red Wing to Troy Beck and Terri (Rietmann) Ross. He attended school in Red Wing and graduated from Elmwood, Wisconsin High School in 1999. Always a hard worker, Tim worked at several places, including County Materials, Contour Plastics, United Gear and Assembly, Capitol Safety, Walmart, and most recently at BOH Electronics in Hudson. On June 20, 2015, he was united in marriage to Lisa Blomstrom. Tim will be remembered as a loveable, well-liked guy--he was always happy and never without a smile. He enjoyed fishing, gamming, rock music, football, NASCAR and sports in general. He was great with kids, especially his godchildren and he had a special love for his "pups".
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Beck of River Falls and her children, Levi (Kayley) Blomstrom, Spencer (Nikki) and Austin (Moyra) Fritz; his father, Troy Beck of Red Wing; mother, Terri (Steve) Ross of River Falls; maternal grandfather, Robert Rietmann of Red Wing; 2 sisters in law, Linda (Tim) Hohmann of Ellsworth and Susan (Gene) Frandup of Bay City; Father in law, Allen Skordahl of Bay City; Godmother, Mitzie Knapp of Ellsworth; many aunts, uncles and cousins and his pups, Sage, Ender and Hurley.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Rita Rietmann; paternal grandparents, Dale and Carol Beck and younger brother, Damon Ward.
Memorial service will be 10 a.m. Friday, March 30, 2018 at the Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel with Rev. Dana Jackson officiating. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service.
