Thomas H. Richardson age 60 of Lake City passed away June 18, 2010 at his home.
Tom was born November 18, 1949 in Lake City to Louis & Helena (Miller) Richardson. He graduated from Mazeppa High School in 1968. He then worked at the Oak Center Creamery and at Al's Grocery Store in Mazeppa as a butcher. He has worked the last 37 years at Federal Mogul in Lake City. He married Cindy Diepenbrock December 3, 1988 at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, IA. He was a member of Boiler Makers Union 650. Tom enjoyed camping,snowmobiling, fishing, deer hunting with his sons and working on and restoring cars. He was a proud Cancer Survivor. Most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren and family. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Lake City.
Tom is survived by his wife, Cindy; five sons, Mark (Misty) Andri of Cannon Falls, Josh (Nancy) Richardson of Mazeppa, Billy (Posha Rouhoff) Richardson of Mazeppa, Nate (Megan Horsman) Richardson of Zumbro Falls, Nick Richardson of Bellechester; a daughter, Stephanie Richardson of Mazeppa; eight grandchildren; his parents, Louis & Helena Richardson of Lake City; three brothers, Fred (Jeanette) Richardson of Mazeppa, Keith (Kim) Richardson of Lake City, Joe (Shar) Richardson of Maple Wood; two sisters, Roberta Trumann of Lake City, Becky (Richard) Arendt of Bellechester.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at 11:00 AM at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Lake City with Father Richard Dernek officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4 to 8 at the Mahn Family Funeral Home Anderson-Peterson Chapel Lake City. Friends may also call one hour before the services at the church.
