Terryl Lynn Exe

Terryl "Terri" Lynn Exe, 56, of Pine Island, died Thursday, August 25, 2011 at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester. She was born on July 6, 1955, in Austin, MN, the daughter of LaVonne (Anderson) and Richard Zrucky. She attended and graduated from Byron Public Schools. She met Glenn Raymond Exe during school, they married on August 11, 1973 at East St. Olaf Church in Rock Dell, MN. Terri worked for the Mayo Clinic and IBM for a few years. After the birth of her first son, she became a devoted mother and homemaker. She enjoyed making crafts, baking, and had a love for animals. She also enjoyed camping in Hackensack, MN, and spending time with family and friends. Terri was a member of Saint Paul Lutheran Church in Pine Island where she volunteered for many years, and was a previous volunteer at the Pine Island Public Schools.

She is survived by her husband, Glenn Exe of Pine Island; two sons, Adam (Amy) Exe of Oronoco, Kevin (Janay) Exe of Rochester; one granddaughter, Madison; two grandsons, Caiden and Owen; her parents, LaVonne and Richard Zuckry; one sister, Tracie (Dave) Fogelson; one brother, Todd (Cindy) Zrucky; one grandmother, Mable Zrucky; one aunt, Mary Rousselow; two uncles, Delmer Anderson and Paul Zrucky; one niece, Amanda (Ryan) Rubin; two nephews, Ryan Fogelson and Zachary Zrucky; and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Joseph Zrucky; and one aunt, Phyllis House.

Funeral service will be 1 pm Monday, August, 29, 2011 at Saint Paul Lutheran Church with Reverend John Torris Lohre and Reverend Kip Groettum officiating. Burial will be at the Pine Island Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-7 pm Sunday, August 28, 2011 at Mahn Family Funeral Home- Mahler Chapel and for one hour prior to the service at the church.
