Taden Taylor

Taden Andrew Thomas Taylor "Sage Boy" "Pezihota Hoksida", 8, of Red Wing died Friday, December 26, 2008, in a motor vehicle accident near Wilmot, South Dakota. He was born on April 11, 2000, in Red Wing, Minnesota to Josh and Amy (Wulff) Taylor. He attended schools at Sunnyside Elementary and was currently a 3rd grader at Burnside Elementary. He loved basketball, coloring, wrestling, swimming at the YMCA, and playing with his brothers.

Survivors include parents, Josh and Amy Taylor; five brothers, Dakota, Joshua, Lenox, Zachary, and Trayce; one sister, Taylee; grandparents, Alan and Nancy Wulff of Red Wing, George and Sue Taylor of Red Wing, and Cheryl Spider of Sisseton, South Dakota; great-grandparents Tom and Fern Wulff of Red Wing; uncle Ate George Taylor Jr. of Red Wing; Ina Angie Taylor of Red Wing along with other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, December 30, 2008, at Prairie Island Community Center with Reverend Johnson Loud and Ray Owen officiating. Interment will be in the Church of Messiah Cemetery, Prairie Island. Pallbearers will be Keith Reynolds, Barry Frantum, Nick Owen, and George Taylor Jr. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dakota Taylor, Joshua Taylor Jr., Lenox Taylor, Zachary Taylor, and William Taylor Sr. Funeral arrangements are by the Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel.
