Sue Ann Halverson

Sue Halverson, 67, Bay City, died unexpectedly at her home Wednesday, December 28, 2011. She was born August 22, 1944 in LaCrosse, WI, the daughter of Walt and Vernetta Nustad. She grew up in the LaCrosse area and graduated from Central High School there. She worked at Brotolic Home Healthcare, she tended bar at Mr-Sippi's for 16 years and also worked at Josten's. She enjoyed cooking, shopping and working with the elderly.
Survivors include her significant other, Bernie Deden of Bay City; three sons: Brian Halverson of San Jose, CA, Brent (Heather Minick) Halverson of Janesville, MN and Brad Halverson; the daughter of her significant other, Teresa (Paul) Moes of Hastings; two grandchildren: Avea and Tara Halverson. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 4, 2011 at Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel with Reverend Kristen Schlauderaff officiating. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
