Scott Lee Williams, 45, passed away unexpectedly, October 30, 2009 in Tempe, Arizona. He was born December 30, 1963 in Red Wing, to Kenneth and Edith (Jensen) Williams. He graduated in 1982 from Red Wing Central High School and was also a graduate of The University of North Dakota and Inver Hills Community College. For the past 8 years he worked as a traveling Registered Nurse. Scott enjoyed traveling, reading and being with his family and friends.
He is survived by his mother and sisters, Diane and Corrine all of Red Wing; 2 aunts, Darlene (John) Mayer of Osage, Iowa and Patricia Jensen of Austin, Minnesota and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.
Memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church with Reverend Gary Elg officiating. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday at the Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel and for one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society or the Book of Golden Memories of First Presbyterian Church.
