Sandra A Soine

Sandra Soine, 76, passed away at her home in Lake City on March 30, 2023.

Sandy was born on April 8th 1946 in Lake City to Lavern (Bud) & Marcella (Prebe) Haglund. Sandy was engaged to Jerry Buck since 2006. She lived in Lake City her whole life. Sandy worked at Zero King and then went to work with Lutheran Social Services and also as a home health aide. Sandy loved camping, fishing, motorcycle rides, playing card and music.

Sandy is survived by her fiancé, Jerry Buck of Lake City; daughter, Darcy Soine of Lake City; grandchildren; Cassie, Nick, Dani, Natalie, Tyler, Elijah, Teegan, Mia, Avery, Kenton ; son-in-law, Terry Prebe of Lake City; 4 sisters, Gloria (Barry) Holst of Goodhue, Stephanie (Bill) Sexton of Millville, Marcene (Rick) Moyer of Lake City, Sheryl (Rob) Banks of Lake City; 3 brothers, Jon (Lorraine) Heins of Hayfield, Tom (Sandi) Haglund of Plainview, Al (Geri) Haglund of Lake City; brother-in-law, Roger (Ardell) Buck of Owatonna; sister-in-law’s, Marilyn Schumacher of Zumbrota, Carol Floen of Rochester.

She is preceded in death by her parents: daughter, Danette Prebe; granddaughter, Angelica; sister, Virginia Maiwald; stepson, Michael Buck.

A Funeral Service will be held on April 4, 2023 at 1 pm at the Mahn Family Funeral Home, Anderson – Peterson Chapel with Reverend Dale Kohrs officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour before the service. Burial will be held at Lakewood Cemetery.  Memorial are preferred to the American Cancer Society. Sandy’s family would like to thank all who have given a memorial or a gift of flowers or food.
