Sandra Louise Ebensperger, 58, Bay City, died Tuesday at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Minneapolis. She was born April 23, 1949 in St. Paul, Minnesota, the daughter of Ralph and Kim C. (Myhre) Galchutt. She graduated from Red Wing Central High School in 1967 and Robinson Beauty School in Minneapolis in 1968. She enlisted in the U. S. Navy. She moved to California in 1970 and returned to Red Wing in 1975. She married Jon Ebensperger on May 17, 1980 in Red Wing. She was a member of American Legion Post 357 of Bay City. She enjoyed making jewelry and decorative wreaths for all seasons and spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband, Jon of Bay City; two sons, Todd (Teana) Ebensperger of Wheeler, Wisconsin and Jerry Ebensperger of Lake City; her parents, Ralph and Kim Galchutt of Red Wing; grandsons, Tyler, Kayden, and Marik; granddaughter, Kiley; sister, Beverly (Doug Thoreson) Lundquist of Red Wing; brothers, Phillip (Theresa) Galchutt of Cottage Grove and Martin (Laura) Galchutt of Surprise, Arizona; sister-in-law, Wanda Ebensperger of Plum City, Wisconsin; brother-in-law, Marvin (Marnie) Ebensperger of Winsted, Minnesota and her mother-in-law, Lorraine Ebensperger of Plum City, Wisconsin.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents and her father-in-law, Richard Ebensperger.

Memorial service will be 1 pm Friday at Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel. Burial will be at a later date in Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service at Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel. Memorials are preferred.
