Sally A. (Blattner) Markham

Sally Ann Markham, 71, of Red Wing, died Saturday, April 22, 2023 at her home, surrounded by her family.  She was born July 5, 1951, in Red Wing, to Karl and Bette (Anderson) Blattner.  She graduated from Zumbrota High School.  On December 21, 1971, she was united in marriage to Gary Markham in Norfolk, Virginia, where he was serving in the US Navy.  They made their home in Red Wing.  Sally worked for the Red Wing Shoe Company and later at Red Owl Corner Grocery Store until they closed.  She then worked many years for Memory Maker Antiques, until she was no longer able to, due to her health.  Sally always greeted you with a smile and she loved antiques and she and Gary enjoyed traveling to antique stores and shows.

She is survived by her husband, Gary; sister, Diane (Tom) DeMarino; sister-in-law, Sara Markham; nieces, Micky, Jodi and Lori and nephews, Matt and Todd.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her parents-in-law; sister-in-law, Judy Gullickson; Roger Markham, brother-in-law and nephew, Damon Gullickson.

No funeral services are being held.  Memorials can be made in Sally’s name to the American Cancer Society.  Arrangements handled by Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel.
