Sally Raye Fitschen, 50, of Red Wing, died Friday, July 7, 2006 at her home. She was born August 11, 1955 in Crosby, Minnesota to Harold and Marjorie (Beebe) Martinson. She was a 1973 graduate of Crosby High School and then received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She married Ralph Fitschen March 6, 1982 in Crosby and they lived in Red Wing. She had worked for St. John?s Hospital as a Registered Nurse and in 1990, she received an Associate?s Degree in Computer Operations. She worked for Computer Professionals in Red Wing for 10 years and has been at Lawrence National Lease for the past 5 years. She enjoyed watching sports and doing craftwork. She is survived by her husband, Ralph of Red Wing; four children, Kori, Kurt, Randi and Tylar all of Red Wing; her mother, Marjorie of Crosby; 6 sisters, Karen Ferrari of Crosby, Gayle (Steve) Collins of Northfield, Judy (John) Humeniuk of Baudette, MN, Susan (John) Hendrickson of Minot, North Dakota, Jyll (Bob) Bauer of Red Wing and Lisa (Jim) Jensen of Cloquet and several nieces and nephews. Her father preceded her in death. Funeral service will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 12, at First Covenant Church with Reverend Tim Anderson officiating. Burial will be on Thursday at the Oakwood Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Kurt and Tylar Fitschen, Jim Jensen, Bob Bauer, John Hendrickson and Steve Collins. Visitation will be 4-7 pm Tuesday at the Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel and for one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society or Fairview Red Wing Hospice.
