Rosa May Glasby, 92, of Red Wing, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2007 at the Red Wing Health Center. She was born on January 24, 1915 in Cannon Falls, MN to George and Lois (King) McKinley.
Survivors include three sons, Gifford (Katherine) Moorhouse, Rodney (Elizabeth) Fitcha and Clinton Glasby; one daughter, Diane (Michael) McCormick; 18 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and three sisters, Myrtle (Honey) Nelson, Ferol Nadeau and Helen (William) Holst.
She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, Charles, Ronald, Jack and George McKinley; three sisters, Daisy James, Erma Mohr and Vera Burr; one daughter, Shirley Nei; four grandchildren, Terry Elizabeth Nei, Theodore Louis Nei, Deborah Jean Burch and Robert Lee Moorhouse; one great- grandchild, Robert Nei and three husbands, Delbert Moorhouse, Lawrence Fitcha and Theodore Glasby and 27 year companion Robert Carr.
Her remains will be cremated according to her wish and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
