Roger Joseph Rutkowski, 58, of Red Wing, died Thursday, January 31, 2019 at his home with his family by his side. He was born February 16, 1960 in Milwaukee, Wisc. to Ron and Marilyn (Koller) Rutkowski. He grew up in New Berlin, Wisc. where he worked various jobs. He later moved to Red Wing, Minnesota where he worked at 3M and the Woodshed where he was known for inventing his own drink, "The Dr. Rog." He enjoyed camping and woodworking but most of all he enjoyed entertaining his family and friends and lending a hand to those in need.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy; four children, Elizabeth Heidelbauer, Jeff Rutkowski, Bella Rutkowski and Zachary McGee; parents, Ron and Marilyn Rutkowski; siblings, Judy (Jeff) Kinney, David (Katie) Rutkowski, Rick Rutkowski and 3 grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents.
