Rodney ?Pete? Warren Lund, 63, of Farmington, died Sunday, July 23, 2006 at his home. He was born September 2, 1942 in Red Wing to Lester and Pearl (Bartlett) Lund. He was a 1960 graduate of Ellsworth High School and then attended University of Wisconsin-Stout in Menomonie. He served in the US Air Force and while stationed in Japan he taught conversational English to seniors at a local college. After he was honorably discharged, he attended University of Wisconsin-River Falls and received a degree in Agricultural-Business. He worked for the US Postal Service in Eagan until his retirement. He was a member of the American Legion. He is survived by his sister, Eileen (Ronald) Clabo of Richfield, Minn.; two nephews, James Clabo of Sacramento, Calif. and Bradley Clabo of Pueblo, Colo. and one niece, Christa Clabo of Shakopee, Minn. He was preceded in death by his parents. Memorial service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel with Reverend Ruthann Holm officiating. Burial will be at Svea Lutheran Cemetery.
