Robert "Bob" Lee Wiech

Robert "Bob" Lee Wiech, 77, of Hager City died Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at Atrium Post Acute Care in Ellsworth, surrounded by his family. He was born October 2, 1938 in Red Wing to William and Annabelle (Carr) Wiech. He grew up near Hager City where he attended rural schools. On January 15, 1960 he married Ruth Stewart. He worked at The Rock Wool Plant in Red Wing, Gilbertson Gas Station in Bay City, at the John Deere dealership in River Falls and Lawrence Nationalease as a mechanic until his retirement. He enjoyed restoring and working on tractors and cars, camping, riding four wheelers, mowing his lawn and visiting friends.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth; nieces and nephews and extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Robert; three brothers Bill, Donald and Victor Wiech.

Memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, May 23, 2016 at Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel. Burial will be at Trenton Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Online condolences may be sent to www.mahnfamilyfuneralhome.com.
