Robert Grant Henderson

Robert "Butch" Henderson, 63, of Cannon Falls, died Sunday, November 20, 2011 at the St. Elizabeth Health Care Center in Wabasha. He was born Oct. 15, 1948 in St. Paul, to Darwin and Gloria (Douville) Henderson. He was a graduate of Cannon Falls High School . On Valentine's Day, 1980, he married Ronieda Brown in Goodhue, Minnesota. He had worked for Meyer Industries as a welder in Hager City, Wisconsin for over 35 years Butch was a member of the Boilermaker's Union #647. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, gardening, canoeing, wood working, metal crafting and he had a great love for animals and children.

He is survived by his wife, Ronieda of Cannon Falls; children, Vicky (Steve) Huppert of River Falls, Wisconsin., Tina Timmons of Cannon Falls, Joseph Seymour of Cannon Falls; son-in-law Ryan Goodwin of Cannon Falls; grandchildren, Lucas, Justin and Corey Goodwin and Kyle and Alania Huppert; siblings, Patricia (Bruce) Smith of Red Wing, Pam (Randy) Stinar of Cannon Falls, Michelle (Troy) McGinnis of Cannon Falls and Joseph (Karlene) Henderson of Hastings and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Kenny and two sons, Robert and Michael Henderson.
