Robert L. Breuer age 83 of Lake City passed away March 7, 2008 at Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville, MN.
Robert was born August 9, 1924 in Lake City, MN to Leslie & Alexia (Paisley) Breuer. Robert graduated from Lincoln High School in 1943 and entered the Air Force where he served in Savannah, GA during WW II. He married Clarice Carlson in 1945 and enrolled in the Minnesota School of Business where he was awarded his accounting degree.. He worked as the accountant for Tenant & Hoyt Flower Mill in Lake City for many years.
He is survived by his wife; two daughters Patricia (Ralph) Fifield of Williamsburg, VA, Leslie Ann (Scott) Burfeind of Prior Lake, MN; son Todd of Lake City; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, March 15, 2008 at 11:00 am at the First Congregational Church in Lake City with Rev. David Badgley officiating. Burial will be in Lakewood Cemetery in Lake City. Visitation will be Friday from 4 to 6 at the Mahn Family Funeral Home Anderson-Peterson Chapel Lake City. Friends may also call one hour before the services at the church.
