Rick Alan Reinhart, 22, Red Wing, died at his residence on Wednesday, June 10, 2015. He was born in River Falls, WI on March 23, 1993, the son of Eric Reinhart and Shelley Esterby. He grew up in Red Wing and graduated from Tower View in 2012. He worked at Ripley's Rental and Bev's Café. He enjoyed all things outdoors and all sports including: RC'ing (remote control cars), frolfing, golfing, football, soccer, basketball, climbing the bluff, camping, going to waterfalls and just being outdoors. He loved his dogs, especially his Australian Shepherd, Champ and spending time with his baby girl.
Survivors include: his daughter Addilyn and a little one on the way; his fiancée, Breanna Nelson of Ellsworth; his parents: Shelley (Roger) Diercks of Red Wing, Eric and Libby Reinhart of Red Wing; grandparents: Carl Esterby of Red Wing, Barbara Reinhart of Woodbury and Roger and Pat Diercks of Red Wing; siblings: Nicholas (Cassidy Anderson) of Red Wing and Kaitlyn (Brian) Furlong of Ellsworth; nieces and nephews: Aiden, Preston, Lexie and Ethan Furlong; aunts and uncles: Sarah (Isaiah Stampley) Reinhart of Woodbury, Jodi (Ben Bowe) Diercks of Mankato and Jenney (Tony) Morrell of Red Wing; cousins: Christopher and Jasen Einberger, Christian and Brooklynn Reinhart; and his second family of friends, Brandon Denzer, Amy, David, Justin and Ali Dougherty, Nathan Balster, Brad and Mason Dahl and the Kafka family.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Sue Esterby and Jim Reinhart; great-grandpa, Wayne Yoder; great-grandma, Tina Olson; his uncle Louie; and his close friend, Vinnie Kafka.
Funeral service will be 2 p. m. Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at First Presbyterian Church with Reverend David Reiter officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 - 7 p.m. Monday, June 15, 2015 at Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel and on Tuesday for one hour prior to the service at the church.
