Richard Hart

Richard Hart, 70 of Red Wing, died Saturday, October 27, 2012, at St. Brigids at Hi-Park. He was born on December 6, 1941 in Detroit, Michigan to James and LaVerne (Flesch) Hart. He graduated from High School in San Diego. After graduation, he served in the United States Navy from 1960-1964. On June 26, 1965, he married Lynda Berg. Most recently, he retired from Treasure Island.

Richard is survived by his wife, Lynda Hart; two children, Jeanna (Jim) Sands, and Jason (Joyce) Hart all of Red Wing; five grandchildren, Kasey Sands, Aaron Sands, Molly Hart, Matthew Richard Hart, and Emily Hart; mother-in-law, Jeanne Judd of Red Wing; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral will be Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel in Red Wing with Dar Reeck officiating. Burial will follow the service at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
