Rhonda Condon

Rhonda L. Condon, age 38, of Mazeppa died of cancer on Wednesday, March 29, 2006 at her residence. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, April 3, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. at St. John?s Lutheran Church in Mazeppa with Reverend Alan Horn officiating. Visitation is scheduled for one hour prior to the service at the church. Rhonda Lucille Wright was born on April 7, 1967 in Ladysmith, WI to Gene and Lois (nee Morten) Wright. At the age of six, her family was placed in foster care with the Haynes and Helen Burch family. She grew up in the Ladysmith area and graduated from Ladysmith High School in 1985. While in school she was active in the high school band, choir and pep band. Rhonda was a former member of the First Church of Christ in Ladysmith where she sang in the choir. On July 7, 1997 she married William ?Bill? Condon and they made their home in the Mazeppa area. Rhonda was currently employed at Treasure Island Resort & Casino and was the March Employee of the Month. She enjoyed shooting pool. Rhonda is survived by two step-children from a previous marriage, Julie Vieths and Mark McKay, her husband Bill, her father, Gene, brothers, Raymond (Leahdee) Wright of Langley AFB, VA., Michael Wright of Bruce, WI., Alex Wright of Bumpus Mills, TN., sisters, Misty (Rick) Deckar of WI., Cindy Wright of Eau Claire, WI., Nikki Wright of Barron, WI., Jessica Anderson of Eau Claire, WI., and Linda (Tim) Bandli of Tony, WI., many nieces, nephews, cousins and her special puppies, Puggy, Bert, and Turbo. Rhonda was preceded in death by a baby sister, her mother and grandparents. The family suggests memorials to St. John?s Lutheran Church in Mazeppa.
