Phillip D. Moser, age 52, of Rochester, died as the result of injuries sustained following an automobile accident on Friday, November 3, 2006 at MeritCare Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota. A memorial service will be held at 1 PM, Tuesday, November 7, 2006 at Mahn Family Funeral Home-Rochester Chapel. Visitation will he held one hour prior to the service. Phillip Donald Moser was born April 12, 1954 in Morris, Minnesota to Donald and Ruth (Christensen) Moser. He grew up in Morris and graduated from Morris High School. Phillip went on to diesel mechanic schooling at a technical school in Staples, Minnesota. He began his 32 year career with Ziegler Equipment as a mechanic in Bloomington, Minnesota. On December 28, 1974, Phillip married Sandra Leuthardt in Chokio, Minnesota. The couple relocated to Rochester in 1982, where Phillip worked as a field service technician and later branch manager for Ziegler. Phillip also taught firearm safety in Rochester. He loved spending time with his grandchildren. Phillip also enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by his wife, Sandra of Rochester; son, Peter (Michelle) Moser of Red Wing; daughter, Tiffany Patrick (Jim Bowers) of Rochester; two grandchildren, Anthony Gallo of Red Wing and Caitlin Patrick of Rochester; mother, Ruth Moser of Morris; sister, Pam (Greg) Moll of Moorhead; brother, Jeffrey (Krista) Moser of North Mankato and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Phillip was preceded in death by his father and brother, David Moser. Memorials are suggested to the family. Arrangements are with Mahn Family Funeral Home-Rochester Chapel.
