ROCHESTER The graveside service for Paul H. Miller will be 3:00 p.m. Tuesday at Calvary Cemetery with Rev. Joe Keefe of Pax Christi Catholic Church officiating. Military Honors will be conducted by the Wm. T. McCoy Post #92 of the American Legion. A reception will follow the graveside service at Mahn Family Funeral Home Rochester Chapel, 1624 37th. St. N.W.
Mr. Miller, 86, a long time Rochester electrician, died Friday (Oct. 9, 2009) at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester.
Paul Haven Miller was born May 13, 1923 in Rochester to John and Beaulah (Brause) Miller. He attended Rochester schools and served in the U.S. Air Force. On Nov. 1, 1975 he married Dorothe Thompson, she died Sept. 11, 1999. Paul was a member of the Eagles Club, enjoyed hunting, fishing, and was an avid Minnesota Twins fan.
Survivors include his sister, Crystal Day of Rochester; and nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by four sisters, Georgia Thomas, Frances Miller, Fern Beatty, and Florence Cataldo, and one brother, John W. Miller.
