Patricia A. Albrecht
Patricia Ann Albrecht, age 62, of Lake City passed away Sunday at her residence. She was born June 6, 1948 in Red Wing to James Sr. and Florence (Quade) Holden. She grew up in Red Wing and attended school there. She moved to Souix City, IA where she met Bob Albrecht Sr. The two moved to Red Wing for a short time and then to Lake City where they were married on April 8, 1972. She worked at Bluffview Elementary for 15 years, and then began working at home for Norwood, and later at the factory until retiring in 2007. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, and making crafts.
She is survived by her husband, Bob Albrecht Sr. of Lake City; children, Bobby Jr. (Julie) Albrecht of Indiana, Mary Jo Albrecht of Lake City, Gena Halverson of Red Wing, and Billy (Jessy) Albrecht of Lake City; 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren; 3 sisters, 3 brothers, many nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her son, John Raley, parents, James Sr. and Florence Holden, two sisters and a brother.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 27 at the Mahn Family Funeral Home, Anderson-Peterson Chapel in Lake City with Reverend Darren Paulson officiating. Burial will take place at St. John's Cemetery in Lake City. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service. Online condolences can be sent at www.mahnfamilyfuneralhome.com.
