Myrna O. Johnson

Myrna O. Johnson, 75, of Red Wing, died on Sept. 11, 2012 at the Red Wing Health Center. She was born on August 27, 1937 in Red Wing to Walter and Hilma (Setter) Johnson. Myrna attended school in Ellsworth and later furthered her education in Eau Claire. She then worked at 3M in Rochester. She married Glen Steffhagen and they later divorced. She lived in Baldwin for many years. For the past three years Myrna was a resident of Red Wing Health Center. She enjoyed her flowers, cats, camping, and being with her family.

Survivors include one sister, Edna (Carl) Wood of Bay City; three brothers, Delbert Johnson of Red Wing, Sonny Johnson of Pine City, Berkley (Dana) Johnson of Shawno, WI; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews. Myrna is preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Clyde; one sister, Ardella and longtime partner, Ed Mewhorter.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday on September 14 , 2012 at Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel in Red Wing with Howard Stenerson officiating. Burial will be in the Bay City Cemetery.
