Mike Deliramich

Mike Deliramich, 71, of Red Wing, died Sunday, August 27, 2006 at his home. He was born September 19, 1934 in Sheridan, Wyoming to Dan and Mary (Stetz) Deliramich. He graduated from high school in Sheridan in 1952 and then enlisted in the US Navy, serving until1955 when he was honorably discharged. He married Glenda Saunders and they later divorced. He worked for the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad until his retirement. He married Margie Harris on May 6, 1976 in Spokane, Washington. They moved to Minnesota in 1978. After his retirement, they came to Red Wing in 1993. He enjoyed golfing and was a member at Mississippi National Golf Course and also was a member of Berean Evangelical Lutheran Church, Inver Grove Heights.He is survived by his wife, Margie of Red Wing; daughter, Michelle Flores of Belleview, Washington; three step-children, Marci Sherk and Robin Rivers of Belleview, Wash. And Stephen Alcorn of Sagel, Idaho; six grandchildren and four siblings, Pete Deliramich of Sheridan, Daniel (Mary) of Castor Valley, Calif., Rose (Shep) Bull of Valrico, Fla., and Maleva Deliramich of Sheridan; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a step-son, Neal Tyler and one sister, Ella Gorsch. Memorial service will be 5 p.m. Tuesday, August 29 at the Berean Evangelical Lutheran Church, 9308 Rich Valley Blvd., Inver Grove Heights with Reverend David Schierenbeck officiating. Memorials preferred to the church or Fairview Red Wing Hospice.
