Michael Scott Quinn

Michael Scott Quinn Sr. age 38, of Duluth, died Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at his residence. He was born June 15, 1976 in St. Paul to Peter and Eloise (Spanyard) Quinn. He grew up in Red Wing and went to schools in the area. He later moved to Duluth where he has lived for the past eight years. He was the father of six children who he loved very much. He also enjoyed fishing, the outdoors, playing guitar, and most of all spending time with his kids.
He will be greatly missed by his six children, Justen Quinn and Ginaya Quinn-Johnson, both of Red Wing, Adam and Leeland Quinn, both of Willmar, and Michael Quinn, Jr. and Ricky Quinn, both of Duluth; mother, Eloise (John) Kilbride of Red Wing; siblings, Peter (Lena Sherry) Quinn of Hastings, Mindy (Shane Schuno) Quinn of Hastings, and Amanda (Pete) Miller of Bloomington; step-siblings, Kelly, Kim, Regan, and Ryan Kilbride, all of Red Wing; nieces and nephews, Katie and Lindy Smith and Joshua Quinn all of Cadott, WI, Jaxon Wagner, Addison Quinn, Aiden Doughty, and Tanner Schuno all of Hastings, and Andon and Quinn Miller, both of Bloomington, MN; great-nephew, Rylyn Martz of Cadott, WI; and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Peter Quinn; uncles, Tom Spanyard, Mike Quinn, and Don Quinn; aunt, Carol Saunders; cousins, Bradly and Rocky Spanyard; grandparents, Clarence and Mabel Spanyard and Peter and Zelda Quinn.
Memorial Service will be 11 a.m. Friday, May 15, 2015 at the Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel in Red Wing. Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.mahnfamilyfuneralhome.com.
