Michael David Buck

Michael “Mike” Buck, 56, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 22, 2022.

Michael David Buck was born on March 11, 1966 in Rochester, Minnesota to Harold “Bucky” Buck and JoAnn “Jo” (Romo) Buck. He grew up on the family farm in Goodhue and graduated from Goodhue High School. Mike always seemed to be with his dad while farming, with his blanket and pillow he often took a nap in the cab of the tractor. Mike started farming after high school and soon found that his passion and purpose in life was to work in agriculture. He farmed for many years with his brother Rick. Mike liked to collect toy tractors and really enjoyed giving rides to his nieces and nephews on his real tractor. He enjoyed documentaries, watching the news, ignoring politics, reading about World War I and World War II and was an avid Vikings and Twins fan.

Mike is survived by his mother JoAnn; siblings, Rick (Donna) Buck of Goodhue, Bill (Emily) Buck of Rochester, Leean (Kevin) Dulitz of Albert Lea, Mari (Matt) Dillon of Apex, NC; 10 nieces and nephews and numerous cousins. Mike was preceded in death by his father, Harold and sister, Lori and his Grandparents Gust Romo and Eva Hanson Romo Hoven and Harry and Ester Buck.
