Matthew D. Ronningen

Matthew D. Ronningen age 34, of Pine Island died peacefully surrounded by his family on Sunday, April 7, 2013 at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester. The memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Lands Lutheran Church with Pastor David Krinke officiating. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4:00 - 7:00 PM at the Mahn Family Funeral Home - Larson Chapel in Zumbrota and on Wednesday one hour prior to the service at the church. Inurnment will be at a later date.
Matthew Daryle Ronningen was born on October 8, 1978 in Rochester, MN to Daryle and Connie (nee Scheffler) Ronningen. Matt enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, camping, four wheeling and being with his son. Matt is survived by his son, Corey Ronningen of Pine Island; mother, Connie Ronningen of Pine Island; two sisters, Mariah Ronningen of Bloomington and Mandy (Allan) Reese of Zumbrota; grandfather, Erwin Scheffler of Cannon Falls; aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Matt was preceded in death by his father, Daryle Ronningen.
