Rochester ? The funeral for Martha N. Costello will be 2:00 p.m. Monday at Mahn Family Funeral Home ? Rochester Chapel with Rev. Michelle Miller of the United Methodist Church of Dodge Center officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Rochester. Miss Costello, 90, of Rochester, formerly of Dodge Center, died Wednesday (Dec. 6, 2006) at her home at Wisteria Estates in Rochester. Born Mar. 1, 1916 in Rochester she graduated from Rochester High School in 1934. She moved to Dodge Center in 1941. From 1944 to 1976 she was a Postal Clerk at the Dodge Center Post Office. After she retired she worked at the Coast to Coast Hardware Store in Dodge Center. She moved to Rochester in November of 2005. She was a very active member of the United Methodist Church in Dodge Center, and was also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary there. She enjoyed bowling, fishing, and sports. Survivors include a sister Freda Siem of Zumbro Falls, MN; and many nieces and nephews. Three sisters and three brothers preceded her in death. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sunday, and one hour before the service on Monday at the funeral home.Memorials are suggested to the United Methodist Church in Dodge Center.
