Marjorie Prigge age 65 of Prescott, WI died Tuesday, February 21, 2006 at Fairview Seminary Home in Red Wing, MN. Marjorie was born February 26, 1940 in Luverne, MN to Cornelius & Gertrude (Post) VanEngelenhoven. She graduated from Luverne High School in 1958. She received a degree in Accounting from Dakota County Technical Collage. She married Richard Prigge June 7, 1958 at St. John?s Lutheran Church in Lake City. After they were married they lived in Winona for a short time and then moved to Northfield, MN until moving to Chicago. In 1961 they moved to Lake City, MN were they lived until 1968 when they moved to Rosemount, MN were they lived for 22 years, in 1990 they moved to Prescott, WI. She worked as an Accountant for Sylvester Discount Clothing in Red Wing till 1998 when she retired. She was a member of Joy Lutheran Church in Prescott, WI and she was a member of the Eastern Star where she was past Worthy Matron and held many other offices. She also has a fund in her name in the Dollars for Scholars program at Luverne High School. She enjoyed sewing and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her husband; three sons Ricki (Jan) of Rosemount, Stuart (Valerie) of Albuquerque, NM, Gregory (Kimmy Pelton) of Burnsville, MN; one daughter Sue (Charlie) Lampert of Inver Grove Heights; 12 grandchildren; two brothers Gerrit (JoAnn) VanEngelenhoven of LuVerne, MN, Evert (Judy) VanEngelenhoven of Fargo, MN. She was preceded by one daughter Barbra Ann; two sisters Teunisa VanEngelenhoven, Jennie Renken; one brother Tony and, her parents. Funeral services will be held Friday February 24, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at Joy Lutheran Church in Prescott, WI with the Reverend Norm Belland officiating. Burial will be in St. John?s Lutheran Cemetery in Lake City. Visitation will be Thursday from 4 to 8 at the Joy Lutheran Church in Prescott, WI. Friends may also call one hour before the services at the church on Friday. Mahn Family Funeral Home Anderson-Peterson Chapel Lake City.
