Marilyn Bradbury, 81, of Rochester, passed away after a short battle with pancreatic cancer.
Marilyn Sue Hamlin was born December 31, 1937 in Toledo, Ohio to Paul and Ruth (Campbell) Hamlin. Marilyn worked as a medical secretary for 4 years but was a homemaker most of her life. She married William Bradbury on September 7, 1963 in Toledo, OH. The couple moved to Rochester in 1976.
Survivors include her husband William; son Mark (Michelle) Bradbury of Newark, OH; two grandchildren, Alaina (Josh) Greer of Newark, OH and Collin Bradbury; great-granddaughter Grace; sister Sara (Jim) Norris of Holland, OH; niece Wendy (Matthew) Yeager of Toledo, OH, nephew Brian (Heather) Norris of Sylvania, OH and nephew Matthew Norris of Las Vegas, NV; cousins David Campbell of Sioux Falls, SD and Richard Campbell of Blaine, WA.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her mom Ruth (Campbell) Huffman, step-father Paul Huffman and father Paul Hamlin.
The funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 6 at the Rochester Church of the Nazarene (3343 East Circle Dr. NE) with Pastor Pat Thomas officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, December 5 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Mahn Family Funeral Home-Rochester Chapel, and one hour prior to the service at the church. Entombment will be at Grandview Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Season's Hospice or the Nazarene Well House.
