Marian Caroline Larson, 90, of Red Wing, died Monday morning at Fairview Seminary Home. She was born September 14, 1916 in Minneapolis, Minn, the daughter of Ludvig and Anna (Samuelson) Erickson. She attended Minneapolis schools and graduated from South High School in 1934. She worked for Pillsbury Company for 10 years. She married Donald O. Larson on May 23, 1945. He died May 21, 1992. She was a member of First Lutheran Church where she taught Sunday School. She enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include one daughter, Shirley (James) Olson of Red Wing; two granddaughters, Kristi (Jeffery) Kukuska and Jennifer Olson, all of Red Wing; one great grandson, Zachary Kukuska, one great-granddaughter, Kaitlynn Kukuska; one niece, Beverly (Russell) Carlson of Minneapolis. She was preceded in death by her husband, an infant daughter, Diane and one brother, Vernon Erickson. Funeral service will be 11 a. m. Thursday at First Lutheran Church, Norelius Chapel with Reverend Carroll Marohl officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jeffery Kukuska, Gary Freie, Wayne Bocksell, Russell Carlson, Roy Scherer and Donnie Hove. Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 6 p. m. Wednesday at Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel and on Thursday for one hour prior to the service at the church.
