Marian Doyle

Marian A. Doyle, 89, of Red Wing, died Saturday, January 10, 2015 at her home at Potter Ridge. She was born on November 29, 1925 in Red Wing to George and Josephine (Koch) Doyle. She graduated from St. Joseph's Catholic School and then attended Red Wing Central High School graduating in 1943. She worked at Brown and Bigelow and at West Publishing Company in St. Paul, both in St. Paul, before retiring in 1985. She was a member of the Church of St. Joseph and its Women's Guild, the American Legion Auxiliary and the Red Hat Society of Red Wing.

Survivors include cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Mass of Resurrection will be 11 a.m. Thursday, January 15, 2015 at the Church of St. Joseph with Father Thomas M. Kommers officiating. Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials are preferred to the church or Mayo Hospice.
