LuRene Frances Wendler

LuRene F. Wendler, 91, of Red Wing, died Wednesday, July 24, 2013. Survived by daughters, Kathleen Wendler of Denver, Colorado and Shelley (David Burns) Wendler of Oakdale, Minnesota; brother, Ronald (Marion) Tesdall of Red Wing; sister, Vicki (David) Lindrew of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by husband, William; grandsons, William and Thomas and sisters, Ardis Kramer and Mae Hanvelt. The family wishes to thank the staff of St. Brigids for their kind and thoughtful care.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday, July 27, 2013 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church with Rev. Kristen Schlauderaff officiating. Burial will be in the Oakwood Cemetery. Visitaiton will be for one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials are preferred to the Alzheimer's Association or American Cancer Society.
