Lucille Cecil Rose, 80, of Faribault, formerly of Red Wing died Monday, September 16, 2019 at her residence at Park Avenue in Faribault. She was born on January 9, 1939, in Durand, Wisconsin to Alvin and Blanche (Bignell) Bishop. She attended rural schools. In August of 1960 she married Mauritz Rose and they lived in Red Wing. He died in 1992. She recently resided in Faribault where she enjoyed the company of many friends and the staff at Park Avenue.
She is survived by her brothers and sisters; nieces, nephews and other relatives and her family at Park Avenue. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother and sisters.
Visitation will be from 12 noon to 2 p.m. Thursday, September 19, 2019 at the Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel. Burial will be at the Burnside Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to mahnfamilyfuneralhome.com.
