Louise Ann Enberg

Louise Ann Enberg, 81, died Sunday, December 11, 2016 at United Hospital in St. Paul. Born August 31, 1935, in Red Wing, to Christ and Helen (Wolpers) Willis, she graduated from Red Wing Central High and attended the University of Minnesota. She married Leo Enberg on September 2, 1955. They lived in Red Wing, River Falls and Hager City where they raised their family. Leo died on February 17, 1995. Louise was a people person and kept very busy with church activities, going to the casino, watching Minnesota sports, and was a board game enthusiast where she loved winning especially at Monopoly, Sorry and Scrabble. What Louise loved most of all was being with her family. She was a member of the Church of Saint Joseph and active on the tenant committees at Jordan Towers.

Louise is survived by her five children Donald (Patricia) of Stanton, Richard (Bonita) of LaCrosse, Shirley (Colin "Fuzz") Earney of Red Wing, Kenneth (Mison) of Red Wing, and Mary Anthony of Northfield; 16 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and one brother, George (Marion) Willis of Red Wing. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo; brother, Christ; two great grandchildren and her parents.

Mass of Resurrection will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at the Church of Saint Joseph with Father Thomas M. Kommers officiating. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel and one hour prior to the service at the church.
