Louis Evans, 64, of Bay City, Wisconsin, died unexpectedly on Saturday, August 22, 2009. He was born May 25, 1945 to Kenneth and Bonnie Evans. He grew up in the Hastings. He owned and operated Mr. Louie's Hair Design in Rosemount and Lakeville and also owned Mr. Upholster. For a short time he lived in Lake City on a hobby farm and began working with Anderson House Tour Groups. For the past 15 years he owned Red Wing Pawn Shop. He married Maria Tangalov on July 11, 1991.
He is survived by his wife, Maria; daughter, LuAnn (Josh) Moechnig of Lake City; sons, Chad (Deb) Evans of Lake City and Chris Evans of Bay City; step-daughter, Vet (Tom) Wendt of Red Wing; six grandchildren; four siblings, Georgia (Jeff) Ohmann of Hastings, Wanda Pyster of Hastings, Ward Evans of Hastings, and Cody Evans of Rosemount, as well as nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Bradley Coleman and Dallas Evans, and sisters Roxanne Benson and Juanita Bohn.
