Leo "Tiny" Robert Zarbock, 91, of Red Wing, died Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2009 at St. Brigid's at Hi-Park. He was born January 15, 1918 in Beldenville, Wisconsin to Charles and Alma (Johnson) Zarbock and had attended school there and in Ellsworth. He enlisted in the US Army, serving as an MP during WWII. He married Isabel Christianson on June 3, 1942 in Red Wing. He had worked at Joe's Mobile for over 60 years, finally retiring at the age of 85. He was a life member of the Leo C. Peterson American Legion #54, having served as a past commander. He enjoyed socializing with people, sitting on his porch and taking naps.

He is survived by his wife, Isabel; daughter, Jeaney Hauschildt of Red Wing; grandchildren, Brett (Jenny) Hauschildt of Red Wing; Holly (Jeff) Peterson of Sartell, MN and Ryan (Angela) Hauschildt of Red Wing; great-grandchildren, Brittany and Whitney Hauschildt, Grace and Sam Peterson and Connor Hauschildt; a sister, Mamie Rose of Renton, Wash. and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandchild and 3 sisters and a brother.

A private memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2009, followed by a reception and celebration of Tiny's life at 3 p.m. at the American Legion in Red Wing.
