Leah Mary Stoltz infant daughter of Josh & Jacquie (Schafer) Stoltz passed away Friday June 27, 2008 at her home in Wabasha from Zellweger Syndrome.
Leah was born April 28, 2008 in Lake City Minnesota.
She is survived by her parents and a sister, Rylee at home; maternal grandparents, Rick & Gwen Schafer of Lake City; paternal grandparents Ken & Colleen Stoltz of Winona; maternal great grandparents Duane & Amelia Schafer of Lake City, Don & Carol Hoyt of Isle, MN; paternal great grandparents Leo & Betty Stoltz of Caledonia, MN, Mary Schulte of Caledonia, MN; maternal great great grandmother Myrtle Johnson of Baldwin, WI; she is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday at 11:00 am at First Lutheran Church in Lake City with Rev. Darren Paulson officiating. Burial will be in Lakewood Cemetery in Lake City. Visitation will be Monday from 5 to 8 at the Mahn Family Funeral home Anderson-Peterson Chapel Lake City. Friends may also call one hour before the services at the church.
