Kristopher Alan Zank

Kristopher Alan Zank, age 42, of Red Wing, died Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at his residence.  He was born May 4, 1979 in Black River Falls, WI to Wayne Zank and Diane Thomas.  He graduated from Chippewa Falls High School.  He later would move to Red Wing.  He worked with different theatres helping them sound proof their stage areas.  He also worked as a banquet server for several years.  Kristopher loved the outdoors where he and his son would collect rocks together.  He enjoyed animals, especially reptiles.  He was known to pull over and help a turtle off the road, or to rescue turtle eggs to see them hatch into little turtles.  More than anything he loved his children; they were his world and he loved taking care of them.

He is survived by his children, Zandyr and Quynn Conroy Zank; his mother, Diane Carroll; his father, Wayne (Pegi) Zank; and brother, Wolfgang Zank.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
