Kenneth Roger Siems

Henry Kenneth Roger Siems, 80, of Zumbrota, passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2023, at Mayo Clinic Hospital, Methodist Campus in Rochester. He was born in Red Wing on June 3, 1943, to Henry and Esther (Kuehl) Siems. He graduated from Mazeppa High School in 1961 and then attended University of Minnesota, Mankato. Ken worked for Massey Ferguson, farmed and sold math books.  On January 8, 1972, Ken was united in marriage to Maryann Regner at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Gaylord, MN. After their marriage, they resided in Hopkins, MN and were blessed with one daughter, Jennifer. The couple shared 51 years of marriage until Maryann’s passing in April of 2023.  Ken enjoyed hunting, driving cars and trucks, watching TV, hanging out with friends and meeting people.

He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Siems; two grandchildren, Brandon and Jovan Siems; one sister, Carol Sprenger; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Esther Siems; wife, Maryann; and one sister, Marian Jacobs.

Burial will be at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery in Red Wing. Arrangements made by the Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel.
