ROCHESTER - Kenneth F. Moehnke, 83, of Rochester, died Thursday (Sept. 8, 2011) at Maple Manor Health Care and Rehabilitation.
Kenneth Frank Moehnke was born Sept. 27, 1927 in Farmington Township, Olmsted County, Minnesota to Hubert F. and Elizabeth (Rubow) Moehnke. He graduated from Rochester High School in 1948 and then attended Mankato Community College. He was employed at People's Cooperative Power Association as a Purchasing and Inventory Control Clerk for thirty eight years retiring in 1989. After retirement Kenneth enjoyed spending winters in Zephyrhills, Florida and travelled to many different States. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
Kenneth is survived by his brother, Hubert W. Jr. of Rochester. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Lorraine Moehnke.
The funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday at Trinity Lutheran Church with the Rev. Joel Haak officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church. Mahn Family Funeral Home - Rochester Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
