Kenneth Robert Larson, 66, of Ellsworth, died Saturday, August 30, 2014. He was born December 9, 1947, in Red Wing, to Lloyd and Grace (Bach) Larson and grew up near Plum City, where he attended school. He also had been employed at Jacques Seed Company and Mycogen Seeds in Prescott, Ellsworth Creamery, Treasure Island Resort and Casino and Remington Seed in Hastings, where he retired due to health reasons. On April 17, 1995 he was united in marriage to Lorie Guest in Arvada, Colorado and they lived in Ellsworth. Kenny was a hard worker who loved farming and being in the fields.
