Graveside services for Kellee Ames will be held Monday June 14th at 4:00 PM at Oakwood Cemetery in Austin. Mrs. Ames, 61, of Rochester, died Friday May 21, 2021 at Seasons Hospice in Rochester.

Kellee Ann Flynn was born March 24, 1960 in Minneapolis, and was the daughter of Terrell and Lorraine (Anderson) Flynn. A graduate of Red Wing High School, she continued her education at Rochester Voc. Tech pursuing course work in Home Health Services. For many years she worked in the home health industry. On September 8, 1996, in Las Vegas, she married Stephen Ames. Kellee had a big heart and was passionate about many things. She loved cats, playing Bingo, and when she met someone new that person was considered not just an acquaintance but a friend. She was also giving of her time, doing volunteer work at various places.

She is survived by her husband Stephen Ames of Rochester; a daughter Shannon (Kevin) Trollen of Java, South Dakota; 6 grandchildren; a brother Patrick Flynn of Elroy, Wisconsin; sisters Koleen (Brian) Johnson of Welch, Minnesota, and Kathleen (Loren) Flynn-Benson of Red Wing. Also surviving is a sister-in-law Sara Eisert of Las Vegas, Nevada.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Amy Metzen.

The family of Kellee Ames is coordinating graveside arrangements in Austin.
