Karen Helen (Erickson) Adam

Karen Adam , 83, of Northfield, died Wednesday November 29, 2023 at Northfield Hospital in Northfield.

Born Karen Helen Erickson on May 9, 1940, she was the daughter of Gust and Helen (Johnson) Erickson.  Her life’s work was that as a physical therapist and she gave 50 years of her life in that career, having worked in Minnesota and Tennessee at hospitals, nursing homes, and in home care.

She is survived by her sister Sandra (Jim) Lohman of Zumbrota; nephews Scott (Jessie) Lohman, and Jon (Cathy Boyko) Lohman; and a great-nephews Grant and Nico.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Robert Adam; and a nephew Mick Lohman.

Burial will be at Zumbrota Cemetery, and private graveside services are being planned.
