Joshua Baker

Joshua “Josh” J. Baker, age 37, of Red Wing passed away at his home on Monday, January 20, 2025. He was born May 10, 1987 to Rodney and Lori (Hayes) Baker. Josh married his wife, Karla, and they had a daughter, Abigail, together. He worked for many years for Riedell Shoe Company. In his free time, Josh enjoyed fishing, the outdoors, and grilling and smoking meats.

He is survived by his wife, Karla; daughter, Abigail; father, Rodney (Debbie); sisters, Missy (Rick), Jessica (Jason), and Tonya; step-sister, Bobbie; nephew, Logan; grandmother Shirley Zemke; friend, Josh Thacker; and father-in-law and mother-in-law Wayne (Linette) Nelson. He is preceded in death by his mother, Lori; grandparents, Calvin (Evelyn) Baker; his step-grandpa, Lyle; and his uncle, Bruce Simonson. 

Memorial service will be Monday, January 27, 2025 at 11 a.m. at the Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
