Jerome Edward Bossman, 87, of Lake City, died Monday, June 15, 2020 at St. Crispin Living Community in Red Wing. He was born July 15, 1932 in Eau Galle, Wisconsin to John and Martha (Barringer) Bossman. He grew up and attended schools in Wisconsin. He worked for many years at Tennant and Hoyt Golden Loaf Flour in Lake City, MN. Following that, he worked at Treasure Island and then was a greeter at Walmart in Red wing. On May 18, 1968, he was united in marriage to Jenelle Plote and they lived in Lake City. He enjoyed fishing up north, going to casinos and Wisconsin Dells.
He is survived by his daughter, Michelle (Dale) Meyer of Red Wing; 5 grandchildren, Ashley, Desiree, Dale J., Ray J., and Samantha M.; 2 great-grandchildren, Carter and Hudson and 2 sisters, Darlene Lien of Woodville, WI and Margie Brooks of Newport, MN and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Jenelle and two brothers, Pete and Leslie.
